Laragon: https://laragon.org/
Xampp: https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html

Notes:
Steps:
1. Download PHP8: https://windows.php.net/downloads/releases/php-8.2.0-Win32-vs16-x64.zip

2. unzip it on D:\laragon\bin\php\ folder

3. C:\laragon\etc\apache2\mod_php.conf
Edit this file: php8_module to php_module

4. If you ever use to php 7.*, revert this file to its previous version
